3 UK Confirms September Release for Nokia’s N96
Finally some confirmation from an actual mobile provider that the Nokia N96 is scheduled for September release in the UK. The 3 network held a media event yesterday that a couple of lucky bloggers got to attend and there they had the Nokia N96 on show and talked of it’s September release date.
The news was broken over at SMSTextNews and has started to filter into the larger media also. Interestingly, there is also quite a funny article about mainstream media’s “presence” at this event (here).
The blog mentions that the phone will be available on 3’s £15 per month mix n match deal - this sounds like an awesome deal for prospective buyers.
So there we have it … finally, something official!
